Shipping Information

We are committed to delivering your Jamdani sarees safely and promptly.

1. Delivery Options

• We have our own delivery service for inside Dhaka.
• We also use Pathao courier service for convenient delivery across the country.

Please note: Our delivery currently covers only within Bangladesh.
If you are ordering from abroad, please contact us directly and we will discuss payment and delivery arrangements individually.

2. Delivery Time

• Inside Dhaka: 2–3 days
• Outside Dhaka: 3–4 days

Delivery times may be affected due to unforeseen circumstances such as accidents or internal issues.

• If the delay is caused by us, we will contact you immediately.
• If the delay is caused by the courier agency, we will inform you as soon as we receive notice from them.

3. Shipping Charges

• Inside Dhaka: 70 BDT
• Outside Dhaka: 130 BDT

Free delivery is available when purchasing two or more products in a single order.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your delivery is confirmed, you will receive a tracking number via SMS.
Follow the instructions in the message to track your parcel.

5. Delivery Address

Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and complete.

• If a product is delayed or not delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we cannot be held responsible for the loss.
• If you notice any mistake in the address, please contact us within 6 hours of placing the order.
