Q1: Are all your sarees handwoven?
Yes, every Jamdani saree we sell is handwoven by skilled artisans using traditional Jamdani weaving techniques. Each piece is unique and may have slight variations that reflect its handmade beauty.

Q2: Do you sell pure cotton or silk Jamdani sarees?
We offer pure cotton, silk and half-silk Jamdani sarees. Each saree’s material, weaving style and detailing are clearly mentioned in its description.

Q3: How can I be sure of the quality and authenticity?
Each saree is carefully quality checked before delivery. Our Tati (weavers) are highly skilled and experienced, ensuring every piece reflects the true essence of authentic Dhakai Jamdani craftsmanship with fine detailing and superior finishing.

Q4: Are your product prices negotiable?
No, all our products are fixed price. Each saree is priced fairly based on its craftsmanship, material and detailed handwork.


Customization & Care

Q5: Can I customize the color or design of a saree?
Yes, we can create customized Jamdani sarees based on your preferred color, design and saree thread count (60, 80, 84 and more).
You just need to provide the necessary details about the saree — the rest is our responsibility.
We’ll ensure your customized piece is crafted with care and precision by our skilled weavers.

Q6: What should I do if my saree accidentally gets torn or snagged?
If your saree gets torn or snagged accidentally, please don’t worry. Contact us directly for our Katawash Service, which helps repair and refresh your saree.

Outlet, Pickup & Office

Q7: Do you have any physical outlet?
We do not have any physical outlet yet. However, all our operations are handled from our office at 78 Motijheel, Dhaka-1000, where our official and administrative activities take place.

Q8: Is there any pickup location available?
We do not have a fixed pickup point. But if a customer wishes to pick up their order without a shipping charge, they can contact us directly. We’ll arrange a mutually suitable location depending on the availability of our team in that area.


Product Checking & Faults

Q9: What if I receive a faulty product or find an issue after delivery?
If any fault is noticed from our side, we will immediately inform the customer before dispatching the product.
If a customer finds any issue upon delivery, we request that they check the saree in the presence of the delivery person and inform us right away if something seems wrong.

Once the product is received and accepted, the customer will be responsible for any later damage.
We understand this might seem like a less flexible return policy, but Jamdani sarees are extremely soft, thin and delicate — even a small wrong pull or slight mishandling can cause the threads to tear or get snagged.
This policy helps us protect these fragile handwoven pieces and maintain their quality.

Q10: Do you restock sold-out sarees?
Each saree is crafted once and we do not keep duplicate pieces of any Jamdani saree, ensuring you own a truly unique creation.
If any saree is sold out, you can pre-order the same design, and we will weave it again specially for you.
The pre-ordered saree will feature even more refined work and enhanced beauty than the one previously in stock.
Please note that the price may increase slightly due to the additional craftsmanship involved.
