Return & Refund Policy

We always want you to be happy with your purchase. However, since Jamdani sarees are handcrafted and delicate, we request you to please check your product carefully at the time of delivery.

1. Product Inspection

Please inspect the saree in the presence of the delivery person.
Once the delivery is completed and the delivery person leaves, returns will not be accepted.

2. Nature of Product

As Jamdani sarees are fine and sensitive, even slight mishandling can cause damage.
If you find any issue, please contact our customer representative within a short time after delivery.
We will review the situation and may accept a return depending on the condition.

3. Return Process

To return a product, the customer must call our hotline directly and report the issue.
A clear photo of the damaged or defective part must be sent to us via WhatsApp or Messenger.
Only after we review and confirm the issue, the customer will be asked to hand the product to the delivery person.

4. Eligible Returns

Returns are applicable only if:

  • A damaged or defective product is received or
  • A wrong product is delivered.

Change of mind will not be accepted for return or exchange.

5. Exchange Option

If approved, customers may choose another saree of equal or higher value (by paying the price difference).

6. Refund Policy

Refunds are not applicable in all cases.
They may be issued only after verification of the problem and confirmation will be shared with the customer directly.
